1. Privacy and Data Management
   We handle your personal information in compliance with international data protection laws. Your information remains your property, and we will only use it to facilitate your enrollment and participation in our programs.
2. Program Overview
   We provide transparent and detailed descriptions of our teaching processes to ensure clarity and understanding. Our method focuses on teaching Spanish to individuals worldwide who are interested in learning the language.
3. Flexible Enrollment
   Our courses are divided into beginner, intermediate, and conversational levels. This allows you to pay for each level separately, providing flexibility. If you decide to pause or discontinue at any point, you are not obligated to pay for the entire program upfront, ensuring no financial loss.
4. Voluntary Participation
   While we encourage participants to complete all levels to achieve fluency, we do not require or compel anyone to commit to the full program at once. We are confident in the value of our services and trust participants to continue voluntarily.
5. Beginner Level
   The beginner level spans two months and equips you to communicate effectively in basic Spanish. The cost is $180 USD, which includes:

1. • Access to a 24/7 online exercise platform.
   • Feedback via chat, available 8 hours daily (Monday to Friday) and 4 hours on Saturday mornings.
   • PDF textbooks for personal use.
   • Optional private online classes, priced at $25 USD per 40-minute session.

6. Intermediate Conversational Level
   The intermediate conversational level also lasts two months and offers the same components as the beginner level. Additionally, it includes the option to obtain an international certification in Spanish language proficiency. The cost for this level is $200 USD.
7. Commitment to Your Learning Experience
   Our primary goal is to help you speak Latin American Spanish fluently while ensuring you feel comfortable with our methodology and services.
8. International Certification Tests
   If you choose to take the international intermediate-level test, there is an additional fee of $60 USD. For the higher-level certification, the fee is $99 USD. These costs cover the evaluation and certification services.
9. Immersion Experience in Colombia
   If you decide to take advantage of the opportunity for total immersion in Colombia, South America, please note that separate terms and conditions apply specifically to that trip or those trips. These immersion experiences are distinct from our online Spanish language learning services and involve additional considerations, which will be provided separately.
10. Final Objective
